Kumkum
Kumkum, from a slum in Ludhiana, is thankful for enabling her education from nursery to 11th grade, despite her family's poor financial condition, allowing her to achieve 75% in 5th grade and pursue the medical stream.
My name is Kumkum. I live at Tajpur Road, Ludhiana in a slum. My father is a mason and my mother works in people's homes as domestic help. We have four sisters and one brother.
The financial condition of our house is very bad. Once our Sir Rajendra Sharma ji came to our slum and he told my parents about Noble Foundation organization. My parents enrolled me in Maa Sharda Vidya Peeth School in Tajpur branch.
I studied in this school from nursery to sixth class. I had scored 75% marks in class five. Now I have enetred 11th (+1) in medical stream. Whatever I have achieved in my educstion has only been possible because of the Nobel Foundation organization.
The credit for the heights I am touching today goes to the Nobel Foundation.

Manisha
Manisha, from Bihari Colony, thanks Sir Rajindra Sharma for providing her with an education and sewing skills despite financial hardships, enabling her to pass 12th grade and teach sewing to other girls.
My name is Manisha. I live in Bihari Colony. My parents work as labourers in a factory. He did not have enough money to educate me. There were other children like me who did not go to school and roamed around in the streets all the day long.
One day, in our Bihari Colony Sir Rajindra Sharma ji came and told us the meaning of education. He thought of teaching us. But there was no place to study. Then in the temple of the colony a tarpaulin was spread and we started studying there. Whenever it rained, water would fall from above and all the children would bring bowl, glass or any vessel from their houses and keep that vessel where water fell. But with all difficulties we did not take any leave and studied slowly and gradually Noble Foundation is an organization which is being run for poor children. Nari Shakti Sewing Center is also opened for girls in this school by Noble Foundation. I also learned tailoring here. After passing +2, I do some sewing and also teach sewing to girls. All this has happened because of the Noble Foundation. If the Noble Foundation had not come into my life, perhaps I would have achieved such a great position.
My parents are very happy to see me doing all this. I am very thankful to the Noble Foundation and to my sir Mr. Rajindra Sharma Ji for all of this.

Sunny
Sunny, a 2nd-grade student from the slums, is thankful for fulfilling his dream of attending school and inspiring him to become a soldier, despite his family's initial reluctance.
My name is Sunny. I am the student of 2nd class of Maa Sharda Vidyapeeth, Bhattiya Bet. I live in the slums and my parents sell garbage. I and my siblings also help them in picking and sorting the garbage. We never went to school. One day while we were sorting garbage, a madam came to us and asked, "What are you doing? Why didn’t you go to school?"
I told her that we had never been to school. Then she asked us whether we want to go to school. We happily said her with joy yes yes yes. Very next day madam came to our slums and told us about the school which has been opened by the Noble Foundation Organisation. She told us that you can also come to school and study like other children. But my father was not interested to send us to school.
Then madam explained to my father about studies. Now, all three of us are going to school for three years. Earlier when I used to collect garbage from the streets, I used to peep from the windows of other schools to see how the schools were. My dream of seeing and going to school was fulfilled by Noble Foundation. Now I Will become a soldier and will serve our country.

Shivam Chauhan
Shivam Chauhan, who moved to Ludhiana and initially struggled with a new syllabus, thanks the Noble Foundation for helping him adapt, learn Punjabi, and develop good habits, enabling him to pass 12th grade and prepare for college.
My name is Shivam Chauhan. I live in a rented house in Dholewal with my parents and siblings.
Earlier I used to study in the village. My father, who used to work as a labourer in Ludhiana, brought me with him. One day when my father asked about the school in the neighbourhood for my admission, someone told him about Maa Sharda Vidyapeeth, a school of Noble Foundation, which was near our residence. My father went to the school, talked with teachers and I got admission there. Initially, I faced many problems in school because there was a lot of difference in syllabus of Bihar and Punjab. I had never studied Punjabi. The teachers here lovingly taught me to read and write Punjabi. Apart from study,
I also learn good habits, which encouraged me to do better in my studies. Now I am going to take admission in college after passing 12th class with good marks. I give all this credit to the head of Noble Foundation Organization.
